Experienced Teaching

Leonie has been teaching hypnobirthing classes since 2011 and is also a qualified Hypnotherapist and Birth Doula. You are in safe hypnobirthing hands. Sessions are held in a dedicated home from home space in the village of Claverdon in Warwickshire, conveniently located for Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Rugby and Coventry.

At Birthology we are there for you with 1:1 antenatal Telephone/WhatsApp support, optional birth doula services, bump and baby coffee mornings, practice sessions and a closed facebook community of local mums to offer advise and experience.

Awards and Charity

Leonie prides herself on supporting local and national birth projects. Leonie is Chair Person of the Warwickshire Pregnancy and Birth Network and sits on the Warwick Hospital Maternity Voices panel. Leonie actively fundraises for charities such as NSPCC, Tommy's and Warwick Hospital to improve birth support and raise awareness.

  • All hypnobirthing classes are held at a comfortable, insured, home-from-home setting in Claverdon, Warwickshire or online via ZOOM
  • All hypnobirthing classes are private appointments for you and your birth partner unless otherwise stated. Just for Mums classes are also available.
  • All packages include membership to a closed, private facebook group of local hypnobirthing mums.
  • All hypnobirthing classes are tailored to your individual pregnancy and birth requirements including Homebirth, VBAC, Twins, Breech, Gestational Diabetes, Induction and Waterbirth.

The Small Print

Please provide 48hrs notice for a cancellation or reschedule. Courses are paid for in advance of class one. Couples starting classes after 35 weeks gestation can opt to pay per session in case of early arrivals.

"My husband and I had one-on-one sessions with Leonie to help us prepare for the natural birth that we so wanted for our second daughter, following a Cesarean with our first. Leonie is an excellent teacher who really helps you understand labour and builds confidence in your body to do what it was designed to do!

The techniques that we learned really did help us to prepare for the reality of labour and then enabled me to cope with it when it was in full flow- the proof of the pudding! Apart from helping me to learn how to relax my body and mind and go with the flow of labour (priceless!), Leonie's sessions meant my husband and I carved out some proper time to pause from the hectic day to day madness and think about the birth of our second baby.
